Once gymnasts have achieved certain skills they are offered the opportunity to develop further in our advanced classes.
These classes are 2 hours long and a fabulous way to progress on all apparatus.
Our excellent equipment set up means these gymnasts get to learn those bigger tumbles and agility's safely and easily in the pitted area as well.
Once a year, the gymnasts compete in an internal 4 piece competition, and then a 2 piece competition later in the year which is judged by our clubs very own qualified judges.
The gymnasts also get to showcase routines, created by the group coaches at our amazing Christmas displays.
